MUFFLE FLUTE (JUMP FLUTE) |
 |
This 2 chambered flute is a reproduction of a Pre-Columbian- style vessel flute from South America made at least 500 years ago. It's exact use is unknown, but researchers speculate that it could have been used as a bird call, percussive, or ceremonial instrument. The enclosed top chamber has 4 finger holes which allows the player to play 13 notes (one octave) using different combinations. The bottom open chamber can be covered or muffled with the right hand to create different percussive effects. Instructions included.
(7 inches long) NOTE: Only available in limited quantities, check to see if in stock. Colors: Golden brown and blue. (#MF/JF) |
