Ocarinas
We feature accurately pitched and tuned sweet potato ocarinas. A Sweet Potato Ocarina is a traditional style vessel flute which was developed in Budrio, Italy in 1853 and then became popular in the United States around 1900. We feature them in three different size. The photo to the right shows the size comparison. The largest is the tenor version. The middle sized one is the alto version. The smallest is the soprano version. Click on any image to see a larger version (Note: the image opens in a separate window).
